Beautification Award
Our unique neighborhood hosts a plethora of stunning homes. In our Fall and Spring competitions, homeowners have the chance to elevate their landscaping and homes to win the coveted Beautification banner.
South Seminole Heights Civic Association’s Semi-Annual Beautification Award based on recent or
continued improvements to a home/yard that make an observable and positive difference to the aesthetics of our community. In the spring, all houses older than 1 year are eligible. In the fall, all houses older than 20 years are eligible. The judgement is based on: overall curb appeal, condition and maintenance of the external home, condition and maintenance of the yard, condition and maintenance of site improvements, and overall creativity.
