SSHCA Spring 2026 Beautification
Nominations Open: March 23-April 6
Winner will be announced at our General Membership Meeting on April, 21st at the Seminole Heights Branch Library beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The Spring Beautification Award is meant to promote the many beautiful houses and architectural styles that makes South Seminole Heights visually distinct. Unlike the Fall Beautification Award, where eligibility is limited to houses built before 1950, eligibility for the Spring Beautification Award is open to all houses.
The Nomination and Voting Process
Houses are nominated by neighbors in South Seminole Heights. Houses should be chosen for their beauty, cleanliness, uniqueness, and landscaping. Houses can be nominated on this page. Nominations Open March 23, 2026 and close April 3, 2026. The ten houses with the most nominations will then become voting eligible. All South Seminole Height Neighbors are eligible to vote. The house with the most votes will win the Beautification Award.
The Beautification Award will be awarded to the winning neighbor at the SSHCA General Meeting at Seminole Heights Library (4711 N Central Ave, Tampa, FL 33603) on April 21, 2026 from 6:30-7:45PM.
